Bueller Bueller?

Yes, I am here! It has been a long time, about 4 months to be exact, and I am sure no one reads this but here I am blogging. You know the saying "Time flies" well I dont know where it flies to but it comes and goes too fast. Every week I cant believe its already one more week gone and then all of the sudden I look at my blog and it has been four months! Wow! Since that last post so much has happened: we went on a cruise, bought a house, corver turned 1 and business picked up by getting in to Swiss Days! I will (and I promise I will) update with all of these events but I am going to do it in order. So I started today with our cruise.

It was a blast!!! My parents gave us all a cruise for Christmas, so on Feburary 7th (well at midnight on the 6th) we flew to Miami, Florida. We spent the day with my cousin Jeff and his family who live in Ft. Lauderdale. The cutest, funnest family to hang out with. Their girls were throwing a suprise party for a friend and we just sat and watched their little party planning skills and excitment. Thank you Jeff and Alyssa for the entertainment!
We boarded the Norweigen Jewel the next day headed for the Western Caribbean. Our first stop was Roatan, Honduras. My personal favorite stop, we went on a zip line through the jungle of Honduras and snorkled in the amazing Caribbean water. Honduras is beautiful and a simple way of life. LOVED IT!
Our next stop was Belize City, Belize where we did cave tubing. It was a great experience and I loved the company we went with. We booked before we left and when we showed up there were several other companies there. They all had really nice tubes and head lamps and here we were with the black tubes for tires (you know the cheap ones your dad would bring home to go sledding, they usually had a number spray painted on the side that was bulging) and the basic head lamps. I thought "oh, great we are with the cheap company" but when all was said and done I wouldnt have wanted it any other way. The fancy tubes made people sit up out of the water and we were right down in the river water of belize which was clear and amazing. Why would you not want to experience it that way when you are floating through the jungle! I would suggest going with cavetubing.com, Butts up!
We then stopped in Costa Maya, Mexico. This was not a great stop. It is a tiny little shopping center with two restaurants, high prices, same 50 items in each store and in the middle a 3ft pool weaving around the stores. No beach, no scenery... It was definatly catered to drinking and partying. It turned out okay because Grey ate a taco (he said it was just rice and beans) off a street vendor at the end of the day in Belize. So he was really sick in Mexico the next day. Its a good thing it wasnt a busy stop.
We were then supposed to go to Stirrup Cay, Bahamas but due to the weather and high seas we were not able to go. How can you complain though when you are on a cruise with your family? We made the best of it and had a family game of basketball on the ship.
We all laughed more on this trip then in our whole lives, I could go on all day with funny stories but I will just get to the pictures, so THANKS MOM AND DAD!!!

This is actually the day we were leaving.

Sorry this is blurry but it explains the whole trip, we laughed so hard.

At the show. All of the shows were really good but we especially liked Rushlow Harris.

Good view of the pool. The slide is decieving though, it did not go very fast.

At dinner. I just noticed we are all wearing black.

Zip line in Honduras.

Snorkling in Honduras. One of my favorite parts of the trip.

Hanging out in the lounge.

At Jeff and Alyssa's. They have the funnest toys.

We had a lot of luggage and of course they way to spot mine was to look for the HEAVY sticker.

I am ready to plan the next one! Any takers?

Fun, fun, fun. So glad we were able to see you before and after the cruise. Your trip looked amazing. Loved the ship - way cool pool and slide. I am ready for a cruise. Let's plan one. Where should we go????? Especially one with your family. Sounds like you are a silly, entertaining bunch to vacation with.
