I have been checking my blog every day (to be honest, I check to see if anyone comments but Alyssa you are the only one) and I try to think of something to blog about. I have not had success thinking in general so to think of a blog is asking too much. Why is it that we cant think of simple things like what to blog about or whats to fix for dinner or what to wear? Since having Corver I feel a little brain dead. Literally sometimes I am trying so hard to think or remember something and nothing is working up there! Scary! The results: I almost left Corver in the car while I was talking to him, I am overwhelmed with everything because I cant organize my thoughts and I cant remember ANYTHING! I hope I regain some function soon or I am in big trouble.
Anyway that was a big introduction (or excuse) to my random post that will probably sound a little scattered because I dont have a specific topic. And the pictures are totally random but maybe when you are done reading the post you will either understand or feel really sorry for me because you will see how crazy (mentally) I am.
I will just to a quick update on everyone in our family:
Grey:
Grey is working for Cardon Healthcare still and last week interviewed for a new position. He got a second interview but did not get the position. He was told he was one of the last two so he felt okay because it sounds like there might be other opportunities in the near future. He is busy playing basketball every week and indoor soccer. We have been taking advantage of the nice weather and jogging outside. We have been working on losing some weight and getting healthier and Grey has been doing so good! He is the best husband and dad ever!
Oakley:
I have been so overwhelmed with everything lately. I have been adjusting to two kids and slowly I am getting it. I can get me and both kids ready and out of the house by 10:00am! Thats good for me. The purse thing isnt working out so well but the clothing line is starting to take off. I have a lot of open houses, boutiques and parties in May so I have been completely busy trying to build some inventory. But Londyn has sensed my stress and has been very difficult this week making it hard for me to get anything done. I need a nanny to play with my kids a couple hours a day while I sew. Maybe someday when I can afford it, but for now my family is a big help. I am also trying to get healthier and lose baby weight but patience is not my strongest trait.
Londyn:
Wow she is busy and definately two! She has been throwing a lot of tantrums lately and biting again! I had to do the classic, leave my cart at the store full and take Londyn home for timeout, the other day. She is also so funny and still the cutest little girl. She says "no way" if you ask her to do something and she loves her grandpas. We were at Costco the other day and they have a huge blow up slide with a little swimming pool at the end and Londyn was saying "yook mom, yook" "Londyn's". I said "No we cant get that its too expensive" she didnt even hesitate and replied while nodding her head "Bampa buy it, Londyn, Bampa buy it" I just started laughing and had to call my dad. She has him wrapped around her finger. She is loving the nice weather and could spend all day outside!
Corver:
He is getting so big! He eats SO much, he can eat 8 ounces every three hours! That is a lot but Londyn was the same way. Corver is getting chubby and I love it. He loves to be held and cuddled. And I am so blessed because just this week he started sleeping 8 hours at night. I have the best kids!
Well there was an update, I have to get going but here are some random pictures. enjoy

Oakley,
Talk to some of the Young Women in your ward about coming over to play with Londyn for service hours. I work with the YW in my ward now (and have in past wards), and they all love to play with the little ones or will come over to help with keeping track of the kids so mom can get basic stuff done. They enjoy it and they get to pass off some of their goals and service hours by helping you out. I think it is funny how Londyn has a special "grandpa bond". All of my girls have had the same connection with one or both grandpas. Glad to hear that Corver is eating and sleeping well. He is a good boy. Can't wait to see him in person some day. Can't wait to see all of you. Hoping to visit maybe this summer. Keep staying active with Grey. It is good to spend time together staying healthy like that. Summer will bring more opportunities to get out and enjoy walking, running, biking etc. Enjoy it. Talk to you later. AH
I check your blog all the time, I just dont ever have much to say. I love reading it though. I totally understand the brain dead thing. I have to really think about everything everyday. I forget everything. I forgot Boston while we were in Cali. We were getting out of the car to get some dinner, and I just forgot to get him out. We stood outside for like 5 minutes and then started toward the restraunt, when we were about there, my brain clicked on, and told me I didnt have Boston. I ran back to the car, and he was standing at the door, with him face and hands pressed to the window. Poor kid. I probley ruined him for life.
Oaks,
I definitely know what you mean about feeling crazy! Haha...ok I've only got one baby, but I seriously feel like I've lost my mind lately! I must admit, I'm super jealous that Corver is sleeping through the night! I can't believe he is eating 8 oz!!! Dax is downing about 4 oz every 3 hours and seriously wakes up about that often during the night! Count your blessings! :) You're doing a great job!
HEY! I found your blog. It finally popped in my head today what the site was. I'm glad I founou d it. Looks like you guys have been having fun. I've heard tons of people talk about your dresses you make, but wow they are beautiful. I'm very impressed. We didn't see you walking or at singing this week, hope you are doing good. See you soon. Oh, I am inviting you to our "Mom" blog. You should put a blurb in there about your clothes with pictures. It's a site where we can all exchange ideas, etc.
I thought I could find your email somewhere, either give it to me on my blog, or at church so I can invite you to the Mom blog. :)
Oakley, don't be so hard on yourself. We all struggle and what really matters is our relationships with our kids and family. You're darling and they are lucky to have you as their mom and wife:)
