Valentines Day

Valentines Day 2009 was great!

I spent all day Friday cleaning so we wouldnt have to on Saturday. That didnt work out but we were happy to help Syd and Grey's grandma finish some projects. We woke up Saturday to snow and lots of it..

This was taken in the middle of the day. The morning roads were a little worse.

Around 3:00 we went swimming with my family and this time I did remember my camera! Londyn loves it so much she would probably stay there all day.

We got home and finished helping clean up and since it was in our kitchen area we were anxious to get it all clean so we could have our little Valentines Day dinner. We got done around 7:45 and Grey cooked steak, I had put potatoes in and made a cold strawberry soup, and we put some asparagus in the steamer. I set the table with heart plates, valentines bowls, red martini glasses, and a Valentine bucket that held the sparkling cider. It was a cute little dinner and I forgot to take a picture! We video taped Londyn so I didnt think about the camera. We didnt get done cleaning up dinner until 10pm and I was exhausted so needless to say we did not have the chocolate fondue I had planned. We still havent. But our Valentines Day was busy but with snow, swimming and our little dinner it was awesome!
