Where Do I Find The Time?

I get these little bursts of blogging fever and I start talking myself into how I can blog everyday. Then I have this little voice (probably sitting on my shoulder) that says "phff... yeah right, where would I find the time?"
I get up early and do this crazy workout...

I dont know if you have heard of Insanity but it is intense! It is a really really hard workout but I LOVE IT! It is totally my style. It is great cardio and you use your body weight for toning. I am on week 5 (which is the "recovery" week before starting month 2) and I am noticing a difference not only in my muscle tone but in my flexibility and in endurance. I dont recommend starting this as a beginner because there is a lot of jumping and moves that may cause injury if your muscles havent been used to some kind of workout. I have really loved it and have suprised myself with how well I have stuck to it. However... and this is a big HOWEVER, my eating has not complimented my working out so I have had a hard time losing weight. UGH!!! Why?!!! I do great for a couple days then I blow it on this...

AND this...

Yes, that is and oreo inside a chocolate chip cookie! Yum!!! (sorry, I am a horrible photographer) but this is my problem, I cant do both really well at the same time. Any tips? Please! I am actually going to try (Key word) to have that help me with blogging. I know, I know, its like a broken record but even if its just a quick update maybe that will help.

Anyway, so thats just my morning then two days a week I get ready and go to work. On the days I work I got to FHE right after or to YW right after depending on the day.

On the days I dont work I get Londyn to school, do laundry, dishes, clean, pick up Londyn, go to the store, sew, etc...

Figure out dinner, clean up again, get kids ready for bed.

Then once I get them in bed I try to jog 3-5 miles so I will be ready for the Ragnar! You heard me right, I am running the Ragnar and I took one of the spots that has some of the longest legs. I'm crazy!

So I feel like I am so busy but I am sure there are a lot of you out there that are rolling your eyes because your getting kids to school, baseball, soccer, piano and your laundry, dishes and bathrooms are clean.

But here is my goal: I want to lose 10lbs before we go to Costa Rica in 4 weeks! .I know I can do it with the amount I am working out, all I need to do is work on my eating. I need your help. Give me tips on meal ideas, snack ideas, self control, etc...

I will keep you updated because I NEED to do this!

First of all I am so jealous of you doing Insanity! I have wanted to try it for so long! I bet you are gettin ripped! :)

as far as the eating goes.. I also have a hard time with it! But Here are a few tips that have kept me in check.. I keep my fridge stocked with fruit! So that instead of eating a cookie, i can eat some strawberries! And I almost always have a snack with me... either preztles or rice cakes! It helps keeps my metabolism going all day! I dont know if these will work but it may help! :)

You could be totally crazy, and do what I am doing at the moment.. NO SUGAR!! its killin me.. I get one free day a week, and thats it! It sucks, but its only been two weeks and I feel so much better!

Good luck! :)

Eat small healthy meals several times a day. My mom has lost so much weight over the last year and a half. She swears by regular intervals of healthy eating. Also, I have a great healthy recipe for Greek Tabouleh, if you want it. It is delicious!!!
